Our services are designed to meet the requirements of the Landlord-Tenant Act requiring entry and exit inspections of all rental property before damage deposits can be collected and retained when property damage is present.

INITIAL PRE-OCCUPANCY/MOVE-IN INSPECTIONS – $99.00

Our certified licensed inspectors will perform a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior, whether occupied or vacant. We will provide you with a detailed report delivered electronically with pictures, including a full description of the property condition, appliances, amenities, number and type of rooms.

EXIT/MOVE-OUT INSPECTIONS – $99.00

The move-out report can be compared to the initial / move-in inspection report so that adjustments can be made with regard to any security deposit. Our Certified Licensed inspectors provide a thorough inspection of the property once the property is vacated or no longer represented.

PERIODIC INSPECTIONS – $89.00

A periodic inspection is our most popular inspection and is used by both absentee owners assessing their property manager as well as professional property management company who are protecting their client’s investment and the safety of their tenants. Our certified and licensed inspector provides Ongoing Protection for them and their clients by chronically documenting the conditions and maintenance habits of the tenants.

AIR CONDITION PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE – $59.00

Regular HVAC preventative maintenance is the best way to ensure trouble-free operation and peak performance. The report includes checklist and photos of the air handler, condenser, and condition of filter.
