Certified Repairs has a full maintenance staff and can handle nearly any type of property maintenance. All of our technicians are licensed and insured from the trade that they are practicing. There is a 24 hour maintenance line for emergencies that happen outside of office hours. So, if anything goes wrong at the property, rest assured Certified Repairs can get it taken care of.
We offer the one-stop shop approach for property manager needs. We offer full rehab and unit turn renovations, keys and lock changes, full property inspections that detail condition of the property and recommendations to keep the integrity of the home for years to come.
